Matilda is a Provisional Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Having completed her Master of Professional Psychology, she is in the final stage of supervised practice, working toward full registration.

With a background in mental health and education support, Matilda is genuinely passionate about helping people of all ages feel seen, supported, and empowered. She has a particular interest in neurodivergence, hormone-related mood challenges, and supporting individuals through grief.

She takes a strength-based approach to her work, supporting clients to recognise their own unique abilities and explore how these strengths can be used to enhance their wellbeing and navigate life’s challenges. Matilda adopts a holistic approach to psychology, drawing on a range of evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and play-based techniques to tailor support to each individual’s needs.

Matilda is able to complete social-emotional, cognitive, academic (including specific learning differences), and neurodevelopmental assessments under the supervision of the clinic directors. She takes a neuroaffirming approach and enjoys supporting people of all ages.

Outside of psychology, Matilda loves spending time with her three chihuahuas, Stiles, Arlo, and Remi. She also enjoys baking treats to share with friends and family, as well as winding down with a good Netflix drama.
