FEES & REBATES 2026

For sessions with a Fully-Registered Psychologist:

Standard sessions: $235.00
This includes a 50-minute session + 10 minutes of note-taking.

Medicare Rebates: $98.95
Available for up to 10 sessions per calendar year, when a Mental Health Care Plan is used.

NDIS Sessions: $232.99
Available to clients who are funded by the NDIS.

Assessment Sessions: $270.00

For sessions with a Provisional Psychologist:

Standard sessions: $150.00
This includes a 50-minute session + 10 minutes of note-taking.

Medicare Rebates: Not Available

NDIS Sessions: $150
Available to clients who are funded by the NDIS.

Assessment Sessions: $180.00

Cancellation policy

For cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time, we will apply our cancellation fee which is the standard full session fee (see standard session fees above).

For appointments booked on Mondays, we require cancellations by the equivalent time on Friday as our offices are unattended on weekends. E.g. Monday 11am appointments need to be cancelled by Friday 11am.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Cancellation fees will need to be paid before your next appointment with your psychologist.

Please keep in mind that all in-person appointments can be shifted to Telehealth (phone or Zoom), even at the last minute.
