Assessment services

Our team can conduct a wide variety of assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. These assessments can be tailored to your specific needs. To book in an assessment please fill out an enquiry form.

All assessments require an initial intake session and a feedback session to go through the results. Both are charged at the standard session rate of $235.

  • Using a variety of assessment tools, our psychologists can complete the assessment and diagnosis process for Autism using a neuro-affirming approach. Our Autism assessments include a cognitive assessment.

    COST BREAKDOWN

    • $270 (psychologist) or $180 (provisional psychologist) per assessment session (approx 2-4 sessions)

    • $1000 report fee

  • Using a variety of assessment tools, our psychologists can complete the assessment and diagnosis process for Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder using a neuro-affirming approach. Our ADHD assessments include a cognitive assessment.

    COST BREAKDOWN

    • $270 (psychologist) or $180 (provisional psychologist) per assessment session (approx 2-4 sessions)

    • $900 report fee

  • Using a variety of assessment tools, our psychologists can complete the assessment and diagnosis process for a range of academic and learning profiles, including Specific Learning Disorders (SLD) and Giftedness. Our academic assessments include a cognitive assessment.

    • $1000 report fee

  • Using a variety of assessment tools, our psychologists can complete the assessment process for a range of cognitive profiles. Cognitive assessments are often used in conjunction with other assessment tools to gain a better understanding of an individual’s cognitive profile.

  • Using a variety of assessment tools, our psychologists can complete the assessment and diagnosis process for a range of social, emotional and behavioural concerns.

  • Often individual’s would like a combination of a variety of assessments, especially when we are assessing for a range of different diagnoses. Therefore, Ember Psychology also offers assessment packages to cater to these needs:

    Autism & Academic assessment
